Program Description
Organizations that need to formalize their management systems often rely on Management System consultants in order to
achieve these aims. Management system implementation processes can vary in duration and in how effectively they address
the requirements of International Standards, depending on the knowledge and expertise of the consultant. Given that there are
many consultants in the marketplace, with varying degrees of experience, IAR has established a mechanism to better serve the
needs of all interested parties.
